If you are a chronic pain sufferer I do not need to tell you that energy is hard to come by. As the wife of a chronic migraine patient for 30 years, I've watched him deal with physical limitations, pain issues, and lack of energy for many years. After years of suffering, going to doctors, and trying 300 + therapies we took matters into our own hands! We've developed a chronic pain management program that will help you deal with this pain, and its limitations, so you can be present with your family and work within those limitations, to experience joy again. I wish I could tell you this program will heal you, but I can't. What it will do is teach you daily tools and concepts that will make coping with your pain, and your doctors therapies, more manageable. We'll explore concepts like: Living with daily pain Spiritual concepts around your suffering Emotional intelligence in suffering Therapeutic concepts to help you move to decrease pain Yoga therapy Self massage techniques for pain relief Nutrition concepts for unique digestive issues Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts of healing Ayurvedic healing concepts Workout and movement routines for success with pain Learning your pain behaviors and how to move forward This program has rolling enrollment so you can join anytime! Class takes place on Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM beginning when you enroll.
