Here are a few wisdom nuggets that really got into my celluar body from the teachings in week 4. *Our brains don't think to problem solve. Our brains think to practice the problem. Our minds try to problem solve. Our heart, mind, and spirit are made for transformation. Our brains are made for survival. *Listening as a way of practicing non-violence. Very helpful in having a response, but not behaving on a response. *When Jennifer Wilson shared her prayer, "Are we good?", my heart opened to the simplicity, sincerity, and love that her prayer represents. That's all that matters, right!? Being right with the Lord. Thank you for shraring that, Jennifer. *The shoulder practice was one of the best movement and spriritual practices I have ever experienced. Great for shoulder strengthening, freeing the brain from problem solving, yoking with the Lord and releasing it all to Him. Thnak you, Jonnie. *My weird things:1. Until I processed some deep abandonment issues, I would always leave my house with three bags. Some people in my life even referred to me as 3 Bag Mary. (Thankfully, I no longer do this, but I always have at least two and possibly up to five drinks at the same time:) 2. I like to be the first person to read books. I prefer to read them with the pages crisp and unruffled. 3.  I LOVE water and I wear shoes in the ocean. I wear sandle type shoes in the ocean (and some lakes)...I guess I think I will run away from a shark???

Thank you to each of you who asked about the Forum last week. Somehow I missed this detail in our training until now and I am grateful to have discovered it. Thank you to each of you for being here and for all that you have shared in our class. What a gift! The teachers and each of you have brought me to tears, laughter, curiosity, discomfort and peace. This group feels safe and sacred and my heart is continually touched and opened.
