I'm a loving truth seeker with a heart for seeing others set free!

I hold a pastoral degree, a group fitness/personal training certification and am an E-RYT 500. My career began as a massage therapist and I've been loving people ever since! Having a MS in Exercise Science, and teaching Anatomy & Physiology has helped me gain the understanding to deepen my own, and help others to deepen their, spirituality using their body. While I teach from the lens of faith, not all of our teachers do as that in not their path. This leads to accurate and traditional teaching on yoga philosophy so you can use the tools as you see fit to enhance your transformation. This also helps to dispell misunderstandings about the practice so you can make informed decisions about your practice. I hope you'll message me and reach out for questions, see you in a training soon!

And how could I have not come to that conclusion considering my mother was a narcissist. I was an extension of her, and existed (in her mind) only to serve her. Individualism was not encouraged. Add to that, I was raised Christian and was constantly told how bad I was. That my heart was untrustworthy, and my...

Embrace the Wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Transitioning from Fall to Restful Winter Seasons
Fall is often seen as a season of change and preparation. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it holds a special place as the natural transition from the active energy of summer to the quiet, restorative energy of winter. This period invites us to slow down, reflect, and nurture ourselves in ways that align with nature’s rhythms. Yet, many of us rush into the new year with ambitious resolutions that demand high energy and rapid change, often clashing with the body's natural need for rest...
