Service Description

In this fitness and yoga workshop we'll breakdown that unique anatomical breakdown of the area of the body, the structures that support the area, which muscles should be doing the job of stabilization, and optimal alignment. Additionally, we'll break down common injuries brought on by movement and posture issues. We'll end the workshop with preventative strengthening exercises to integrate into your classes. In this workshop we'll cover in depth: - Anatomy of the shoulder girdle - Anatomy of Scapular sling - Shoulder stabilization - Common shoulder injuries in fitness and Yoga - Preventative strengthening exercises This workshop is open to all. All workshop recordings will be loaded with 24 hours of execution of the class. Registration is open 5 minutes prior to class beginning. All workshops are loaded to subscription service once they are complete. Purchasing the monthly subscription gives access to all prior recordings. All workshops count toward continuing education for Yoga Alliance and qualifies for petition for ACE Fitness.
