So who's been deep diving into this chakra book? I am totally intrigued with the things that Easter medicine gives us to discover that may not be what western medicine has always approved of. Because I'm an Enneagram 4, I tend to think that everything is always wrong with me. So I have to approach this book prayerfully. Each time I open the chapter I ask the Lord to just highlight the things He might want me to think about, put the others aside, and then put the whole book aside if I feel a little overwhelmed.
