My name is Jamie and I am a 5.7yr set free alcoholic by the grace of God and transformation of Christ and Celebrate Recovery, a Christ follower longing to build a stronger relationship with him every day, a wife to a handome Marine and man of God, and a dog mom to 3 beautiful rescue dogs. I am also a HUGE Disney fan, my real job is doing non-profit accounting so I can fund my Disney World vacations, yoga supplies, and dog food!

My training includes 200hr RYT from YogaStrong School of Yoga in Deer Park, TX where I live. I loved it so much and wanted more training so completed the 200hr RYT through Holy Yoga and am currently enrolled in their 300hr program as well. I also trained to be a Revelation Wellness Instructor so am a #fitnessteachergospelpreacher. Integrating the love of Jesus and the renewal of the mind into transformation of the heart and body is one of the greatest gifts and paths God has sent me down. I hope to help others struggling with addiction, weight problems, and shame like I was to find freedom through movement and a relationship with Christ.

I met Jonnie through my training at Holy Yoga, she is such an amazing teacher, has so much wisdom and experience and the Holy Spirit just works through her to touch so many lives. She is truly gifted in helping others learn the technical and spiritual side of yoga, creating confidence and disspelling any lies that arise to speak truth and love into her students.
