Kacey L. Kingry

Yoga Philosophy, Ethics, & Lifestyle

Kacey is dedicated to growth and authenticity. The spiritual, mental, and emotional transformation she has created for herself is deeply rooted in physical movement, and she believes that the body serves as a gateway to the deeper places inside of us all. With her clients in both Yoga Classes and Life
Coaching, Kacey uses her deep knowledge of the body, mind, emotions, and nervous system to unravel old patterns of behavior in order to BREAK THROUGH old cycles and consciously create new ones.
Kacey is a sixth-generation Colorado native who recently traded the mountains for lake-life. She now lives in Minnesota with her partner. One of her favorite things to do is ride their 1976 vintage Schwinn tandem bike with her man – when it’s warm enough!!!

Shakethia 'Queen' Robertson

Inclusion & Social Justice, Business & Marketing

Queen’s yoga journey began in 2015 when she explored traditional yoga as a form of self-care. As she deepened her practice, Queen realized that she could use the mat as a Sacred Space to meet God through prayer and meditation.
She is a firm believer that social justice and yoga cannot be separated and silence is not an option. Queen lives by the notion that if we allow our practice to be more about transforming the spirit than the body, yoga can truly be the guiding factor for both personal and social transformation, which in turn leads to collective healing.

In 2020, Queen founded Sacred Spaces Yoga as a way to share the beautiful practice of Yoga specifically with Black/African-American Christians. Through Sacred Spaces Yoga, Queen is determined to create safe spaces where individuals can find serenity, gratitude, and self-love - all while challenging their bodies, minds, and souls.
