About the event
This workshop bridges familiar yoga practice with the flowing, meditative movements of Dao Yin Yoga and Qigong. We’ll explore the foundational Five Elements of Chinese Medicine: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water and how they relate to energy, emotion, and seasonal balance. The session includes a movement practice featuring Dao Yin Yoga and the Five Animals of Qigong, a classical form that nurtures these Five Elements and promotes better balance, body awareness, flexibility, tendon and muscle strength, and longevity in health.
