Inversion Workshop

Starting 5:30 CT, 3:30 PT, 7:30 ET

In this workshop we'll explore the most common inversions in Yoga and their relationship to sequencing order and flow. We'll also look at common inversion injuries, and ways to avoid them. Lastly, we'll look at the Chakra connection to inversions and intentions that we can set around them in our yoga practice. 

This workshop is open to all. All workshop recordings will be loaded with 24 hours of execution of the class. Registration is open 5 minutes prior to class beginning. All workshops are loaded to subscription service once they are complete. Purchasing the monthly subscription gives access to all prior recordings. All workshops count toward continuing education for Yoga Alliance and qualifies for petition for ACE Fitness.
