About the event
Join Jen Brunner for a nourishing 45 minute restorative practice where we will spend time in our breath and in our bodies, softening the physical and emotional effects of stress and anxiety, soaking instead in acceptance and gratitude.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, water, a journal, and an open heart. Link to attend will be in your confirmation email.
