About the event
Building on the foundation of the Five Elements, this second workshop introduces the core principles and movements of traditional Qigong. Expanding on what was learned in the first workshop, we will revisit the elemental energies through breath, posture, and intentional movement. This session offers a slow-flowing, classic Qigong sequence designed to harmonize internal energy (Qi) of the Five Elements and cultivate inner calm and resilience.
