In this fitness and yoga workshop we'll breakdown that unique anatomical breakdown of the area of the body, the structures that support the area, which muscles should be doing the job of stabilization, and optimal alignment. Additionally, we'll break down common injuries brought on by movement and posture issues. We'll end the workshop with preventative strengthening exercises to integrate into your classes.


In this workshop we'll cover in depth:

  • Anatomy of the shoulder girdle

  • Anatomy of Scapular sling

  • Shoulder stabilization
