Touch Workshop - Ohio

The latest research shows us the connection of touch, and the healing of trauma, abuse, and daily stress.

It is now proven that touch is not just a love language for some, but a language of healing for all. I've

been a massage therapist for 23 years, and yoga teacher for 16 years. I've combined these areas of focus

and healing in this one-day workshop on touch and how it can lead to healing in the right settings. There

are times it can lead to more harm, and even though touch is used in yoga often with permission, there

are signs from their body (even if they are not aware of it) that the touch is not welcome.
