Live Free’s basic subscription service contains videos that are anywhere from flow, to gentle. We have something for everyone! Our beginner series is kept short and simple for those still learning this beautiful practice. If you have been practicing and are ready to switch it up (and get sweaty), you can amp it up with yoga fusion! I focus greatly in Live Free on making modifications for all practices so no matter which video you pull up, you have options for success!

 In our practice level you'll get a unique blend of styles, some with a faith focus if you prefer, and others more traditional. These are practice videos that are great for daily workouts, meditation, and development of emotional intelligence through a somatic process. Our premium level offers all of the yoga videos from the practice level, with all the workshops, meditations, Bible studies, and yoga series we've taught over the years. With workshops on anything from breaking down the anatomy of pose, to chatting about body/emotional intelligence you’ll gain insight into you, and yoga.
