Half Moon Pose Anatomy Workshop

In this workshop, we'll spend 90 minutes dissecting the pose anatomy for deeper understanding of half moon. We'll discuss through possible pitfalls and how chronic holding patterns in the body can cause dysfunction in this pose. These will be experiential workshops with in-depth muscle location, function, and neighboring muscles affected. Workshops are 25.00 and count for 1.5 continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance.
